We call on the Government to take the lead by advocating for greater respect for fundamental freedoms and the rule of law in order to reverse the current trends. We also present recommendations as to how the UK can provide stronger support to community led development initiatives that seek to provide ethical and sustainable alternatives to prevailing economic models.
