1 - Senior Strategic Communications Advisor: Reach amplification of a human rights defender advocacy tour (UK)

• The overarching objective of the consultancy is to optimise the coverage, reach and impact of PBI UK's activities with the visiting human rights defenders in December, through both the media and PBI UK’s communications channels.

• You will use your expertise and contacts to successfully engage journalists in both news and other media in order to stimulate coverage, whilst also producing written and audiovisual content for PBI UK’s own website and social media platforms. You may also propose the use of other outputs and platforms in order to reach key audiences.

• Duration: Preparatory work carried out remotely in October-November 2025, followed by aprx. 8 days work in London during the defenders’ visit in early December 2025.

2 - Film Producer: Institutional Video Production

• Produce one longform (horizontal) video to introduce audiences to PBI’s global work using key topline messaging, as well as at least three social cuts (vertical) zeroing in on each of our key thematic areas and messages. Videos can be animated or use existing images. You will be the creative force of the project.

• You will take a creative approach to using existing content which comprises stills and text that PBI will provide you with.Your videos will leave new and existing audiences impressed by PBI’s work and impact and wanting to know more about it or support it.

• Duration: Contracting can take place as soon as possible. Longform must be ready for use by December. Social cuts should also be delivered by December unless otherwise agreed in writing.
