Trustee (finance)

The Board of Trustees is currently recruiting a Trustee (Finance). As a Trustee, you will play a key role in shaping PBI’s direction and strategy. Working alongside fellow Board members, you will provide strategic leadership, support good governance and help ensure we continue delivering meaningful impact for human rights defenders globally. We are seeking candidates with finance expertise to support board oversight of PBI’s financial management and sustainability.
Role summary:
To support PBI UK to develop and advance its strategy.
To ensure PBI uses its finances wisely and in line with its mission, ensuring the organisation remains financially stable and accountable to its donors and stakeholders.
To support and advise the PBI UK Director (the Director), to ensure financial records and proper financial controls are in place and in compliance with financial regulations.
